General description

Dkk-2, Mouse, Recombinant, consists of amino acids 26-259 and expressed in S. frugiperda 21 cells with a C-terminal His Tag™ sequence.

Recombinant, mouse Dickkopf related protein 2 (Dkk-2) consisting of amino acids 26-259 and expressed in S. frugiperda 21 cells with a C-terminal His Tag™ sequence. Dkk proteins are expressed in mesenchymal tissues and control epithelial transformations.

Reconstitution

Following reconstitution refrigerate (4°C) for short-term storage or aliquot and freeze (-20°C) for long-term storage. Stock solutions are stable for up to 1 month at 4°C or for up to 3 months at -20°C.

Reconstitute to 100 µg/ml in sterile PBS containing at least 0.1% human or bovine serum albumin.
