General description

Anti-G_iα-3-Subunit, C-Terminal (345-354), rabbit polyclonal, recognizes G_iα-3 subunit. Does not cross-react with G_sα & G_oα subunits. Validated for use in WB & IP.

Recognizes G_iα-3 subunit. Does not cross-react with G_sα and G_oα, but partially cross-reacts with G_iα1-, G₁α2-subunits.

The specificity was confirmed with lysates from separate cultures of bacteria transfected with the genes for G_sα, G_iα-1, G_Iα-2, G_iα-3, and G_oα. The original titer of the serum was 1:10,000. Suitable for immunoblotting and immunoprecipitation. Does not cross-react with G_sα and G_oα. Antibody partially cross-reacts with G_iα-1 and G_Iα-2. Variables associated with assay conditions will dictate the proper working dilution.
