General description

Anti-G_sα-Subunit, C-Terminal (385-394), rabbit polyclonal, recognizes both large and small forms of G_sα-subunit. It is validated for use in Western blotting.

Does not cross-react with G_iα-1, G_iα-2, G_iα-3, or G_oα. The specificity and cross-reactivity were confirmed with lysates from separate cultures of bacteria transfected with the genes for G_sα, G_iα-1, G_Iα-2, G_iα-3, and G_oα. Variables associated with assay conditions will dictate the proper working dilution.
