General description

This Goat Anti-Human IgM, µ-Chain Specific Alkaline Phosphatase Conjugate is validated for use in Enzyme Immunoassay, Immunoelectrophoresis for the detection of Human IgM, µ-Chain Specific.

Immunoaffinity purified goat polyclonal antibody conjugated to alkaline phosphatase. Recognizes human IgM µ-chain.

Monospecific for human IgM µ-chain as determined by immunoelectrophoresis against normal human serum. p-nitrophenylphosphate, 1 mg/ml in 10% diethanolamine, pH 9.8, 1 mM MgCl₂ at 25°C was used as substrate for testing immunoenzyme reactivity. Antibody is applicable in any immunoassay requiring an alkaline phosphatase conjugated secondary antibody. Variables associated with assay conditions will dictate the proper working dilution.
