General description

This PhosphoDetect™ Anti-PKR (pThr⁴⁵¹) Rabbit pAb is validated for use in Immunoblotting, Immunohistochemistry for the detection of PKR (pThr⁴⁵¹).

Note: 1 T = 1 test. Sufficient for 10 Western miniblots.

Rabbit polyclonal antibody adsorbed against non-phosphopeptide corresponding to the immunogen phophorylation site, followed by immunoaffinity chromatography. Recognizes the ~65-68 kDa PKR protein phosphorylated at Thr⁴⁵¹.

Other Notes

When used at a 1:1000 dilution there is sufficient antibody for 10 blots at 10 ml/blot. This antibody has also been reported to work for immunohistochemistry. Variables associated with assay conditions will dictate the optimal dilution.
