High-purity adsorbents for nonpolar, ion exchange, and polar retention mechanisms

The TELOS bulk sorbents for flash chromatography dry loading are available in silica, NH2 (bonded aminopropyl), C18 (octadecyl), and NM (diatomaceous earth). Silica, NH2, and C18 have 40 to 60 µm particle size and pore size of 60 Å. These sorbent materials allow samples to be pre-absorbed before loading onto the top of a flash column:

1. Pre-absorb sample in one of the TELOS bulk sorbent material.

2. Solvent is removed.

3. The resulting sample-sorbent blend is applied to the sample loading device or right on the top frit of the flash column.
