The Nordic Lab XLT C500 is our large central storage freezer 496L freezer ideal for storing food and fish. Storing food at Extra Low Temperatures (-40 to -60°C) helps to preserve the organoleptic qualities of the flesh in order to achieve an ultimate fresh quality at the time of thawing.

Chest freezers are by far the best way to safely store samples at low temperatures. The cold stays in the freezer when the lid is opened, which reduces power consumption and consequently the impact on the environment.
